2. What is the purpose of the register? 

Information collected from people contacting us are utilised for communication and the development of customer relationship. We store contact details in order to reply in a relevant manner to calls or messages.

Name of the company, name of the person, email address, telephone number, ordered services and the messages sent by a customer.

Personal data is stored as long as it is necessary for the implementation of the agreement to be concluded with a customer or for the improvement of customer service.

Personal details are only collected directly from the person who contacts us. Anonymous visitor data of the website is collected through web analytics tools.

We use cookies on our website. A signed written request for inspection must be sent to the contact person for the register. The right to check the data is cost-free when conducted once a year at most. The data subject has the right to demand the correction or removal of incorrect or dated data or the transfer of the data from one system to another. They also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to withdraw previously provided consent for data processing or file a complaint with the supervisory authority about matters related to the processing of their personal data.
