Juha Ratilainen (B.Eng) has been appointed Production Manager, effective 1 September 2026
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in machining and manufacturing operations, Juha brings valuable expertise to the role. He also knows OKU well, having previously worked with the company as a machinist. This strong technical background and understanding of our operations provide an excellent foundation for leading and developing our production activities.
Current Production Manager Jarmo Hassinen will support the transition during the handover period to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
Juha and Jarmo will be attending the Alihankinta 2026 trade fair in Tampere from 29 September to 1 October 2026. You can meet the team at Hall A, Stand A216, as part of the North Karelia joint exhibition area.
